FAQs

What kind of problems can you help with?

I can help you with all kinds of problems including depression, marital problems, managing overwhelm, quitting smoking, weight loss, challenging emotions, and navigating loss and estrangement.

How quickly can we get started?

We can usually organise your first session within a week or so, then we’ll make a plan about where to go from there.

How much is it?

Hourly sessions can be booked on an ad hoc basis for £45 each. We’ll not get much done in an hour though, so for best results I recommend planning ahead and booking in a block of sessions so we can really get to the bottom of the problem and solve it together.

What is a discovery session?

Your discovery session is our introductory session and will give us a chance to get a feel for each other, we’ll talk about how the process works, find out a bit more about what’s gone wrong for you and your goals, and make a plan. This short session is free.

How long are the sessions?

Most sessions will be around 30 or 60 minutes.

Will you come to me?

The sessions are conducted online via zoom. So can be accessed from anywhere in the UK.

How many sessions will I need?

People commonly book between 4-10 sessions at a time. But, everyone is different and we’ll chat through your options in your discovery session.

Will you solve all my problems?

No, I can’t do that for you. But I’ll help you find your best self so you can find your own solutions, which is even better!

How can I pay?

Payment is due, in full, at the time of booking and can be made via bank transfer. I’ll provide bank details once your sessions are booked in.

Can I cancel the training?

Please make sure you are going to be available for the timeslot that we agree on. Once booked, appointments cannot be offered to anyone else so there is no cancellation policy. It might be possible to reschedule appointments if more than 48 hours notice is given though.

Is there a guarantee?

Brains are tricky things, so it’s not possible to guarantee your results, I’m afraid.
